My first Storify post

I was lucky enough to witness a demo for a new, social media-enabled blogging platform (if I may crudely call it that) called Storify. It basically utilises the API’s of well-known web services (most notably, Twitter) to allow integration of Tweets, pictures and links in a way that’s so very now. Storify’s founder, Burt Herman, is a former journalist for the AP. He hopes Storify will be able to tell the new stories of the digital age in a more natural way. While I wish him the best of luck with that, I believe he might find more eager (and in pocket) customers in ad agencies and branding experts. This seems like a great way to track the success of a viral campaign.

Here is a sample of what a (admittedly inane) Storify post might look like. And yes, it is embeddable (just not with WordPress.com, unfortunately).
